Information you must know
PASSPORTS

  • Travel to Mexico requires valid passports. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico.

VISA

  • Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
  • Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan.

CHECK IN / OUT

  • Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm.
  • Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

KIDS FRIENDLY

  • Generations Riviera Maya has a family orientation, the property offers a lor of activities for children
  • Children will be given special access to the El Dorado side only for attendance of events in those sections. They are NOT allow in the common áreas or rooms.
  • Aults staying at Generations Riviera Maya are more than welcome to join the festivities throughout the day or dine at any of the restaurants at El Dorado Royale!
  • Please emailed to bookmyroom@culturalweddingsmexico.com with subject “SAKTHI & ANOOP: Your name” if you need a nanny OR baby amenities such as strollers, cribs, bottle sterilizers, bottle warmers, changers, baby monitors, pack n' plays, sterilizers, baby baths, baby robes, baby slippers, and high chairs.
